Eric N. Kihungu
Managing Partner
Eric N. Kihungu is a seasoned transactional lawyer with over 9 years of experience specializing in corporate structuring, capital markets, and regulatory advisory. He has previously served at two of Kenya’s largest investment companies, providing legal insight and strategic support on complex transactions across various sectors.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) [Hons] degree from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of both the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
He has successfully advised on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including:
Share buybacks and capital reduction for private companies in the financial services sector
Equity restructurings involving quasi-equity instruments and investor exits
Regulatory compliance with the Companies Registry, Capital Markets Authority (CMA), and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) in relation to corporate actions

Timothy Thondu
Partner
Timothy T. Kihungu is a passionate Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, committed to using the power of law to advance fundamental human rights. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) [Hons] degree from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Timothy is a member of the Business & Human Rights Committee at the East Africa Law Society (EALS), where he advises member states on the development and implementation of National Action Plans for business and human rights. His work focuses on embedding human rights principles into national legal frameworks across the region.
At the firm, Timothy supports both litigation and advocacy portfolios—developing and executing strategic legal advocacy before national, regional, and quasi-judicial bodies. His legal interventions are client-focused, rights-based, and results-driven.
Before joining the firm, Timothy served as an attorney at leading non-governmental organizations, where he secured numerous courtroom victories as lead counsel. He was instrumental in the successful rollout of a U.S. State Department–funded project aimed at improving the criminal justice system’s response to child sex trafficking in Kenya’s coastal region.
A detail-oriented and mission-driven attorney, Timothy brings strong expertise in legal reform, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic litigation. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to justice, accountability, and lasting social change.

Rosemary Njeri
Senior Associate
Rosemary Njeri brings a sharp legal mind and a strategic approach to the firm’s litigation and business advisory operations. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She plays a pivotal role in aligning our operations with litigation strategy, business advisory excellence, ESG standards, and ISO certifications.
Her work ensures the firm remains compliant, proactive, and risk-aware. Rosemary is instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic litigation frameworks that have significantly reduced potential legal exposure saving clients time, money, and reputational risk. Her keen eye for detail in contract negotiation and intellectual property management ensures that clients’ commercial interests are always protected.
