Eric N. Kihungu is a seasoned transactional lawyer with over 9 years of experience specializing in corporate structuring, capital markets, and regulatory advisory. He has previously served at two of Kenya’s largest investment companies, providing legal insight and strategic support on complex transactions across various sectors.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) [Hons] degree from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of both the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
